So we HAD the intentions of getting the El Hefe online today, but we figured with Kennaroo just a day or so away, why not wait and put them both up at the same time. However, we did manage to snap some nice teaser shots of the new El Hefe case…

So if ya didnt notice, our OLD store is empty…. like…Neverland Ranch empty. We took everything out! Dont worry though…. if you have been under a rock for the past week, heres what ya missed. Heady Glass Gallery & HeadyGlass.COM became 3, by adding Heady Glass Studios. How? By buying a pretty nice sized building, thats how. What does this mean for you?

We feel like the people holding up the buffet line in Vegas cause we cant get enough….

Kennaroo has been eating his Wheaties big time. Heres a little spy shot of the order that will come in next week…

Aside from making slides, Kennaroo is one of, if not the COOLEST Glass artists to deal with. We thought we were lucky enough to get not 1, but 2 dries on our first order. But now even the SECOND ORDER came caked out with a little extra icing…

In another Kennaroo exclusive, Heady Glass is the ONLY place your gonna find a masterpiece like the one above. Sure, it doesnt look like anything more than a nasty Kennaroo slide from this angle. We have seen plenty of those..

The dude is just on a damn mission to slay glass, and murder pieces…

When Kennaroo said he was getting us some EXCLUSIVE Windows, we didnt think he meant full body window slides. If your a fan of layer work, dont sleep on these. The work in person is insane, not to mention some VERY tight line work. But, Kennaroo has the diversity of a triathlete. We also grabbed some of the new Chaos…

He packed everything from Milli’s Galore, to twisty cane, thumb prints, paddle, marbles, Wig Wags, and he even found a couple places left to fume.

But SOMEHOW…. he still had a couple more tricks up his sleeve.

If your always looking for the Steal your face type pieces, these are the holy grail. However, their already going pretty fast…

Kennaroo sure knows how to kill a set of slides. But he ALSO knows how to throw down on a dry piece or two. Its super rare for Roo to be kicking out hand pieces, but we were lucky enough to get 2. A hammer, and a mini sherlock!

The hammer has a SICK staircase window front section, with a fire & ice worked mouthpiece. On the bottom, he wigged the living shit out of it!

If hammers arent your thing…

This little sherlock has a LOT of work in it for a piece that can comfortably fit in the palm of your hand. Reversal ball, Opal marble, White push…. All in about 4″. If your a snowboarder, this is the PERFECT chairlift piece!

So thats quite a bit of Kennaroo, huh? No. Not really. Heres a sneak peek at whats coming NEXT WEEK!

So ya came back huh? Guess you were just as interested as everyone else in what our BIG NEWS is. We use the BIG NEWS title from time to time, because it usually is. New artists & New Events ARE Big news, dont get us wrong, but the news we have for you tonight is bound to change the way people look at Heady Glass Gallery, and the artists we represent, FOREVER!

Before we jump right into it though, lets take a step back and look at how this all started…

Heady Glass Gallery opened its doors August 11th, 2007 out here in Denver, Colorado.

Why? Because we were sick of not being able to find quality, american made glass, much less from people who actually knew who it was. We opened with the goal of being Denvers 1st & PREMIER Functional Glas Art Gallery, and we have to believe we embody that title quite well today.

With names like SG Sovereignty, Kennaroo, Illadelph, BearClaw, and more, we quickly became known as a hot spot for collector quality glass.

So fast forward 2 years…. We stayed on track, and because of you guys, the collectors, we reached our 2 year anniversary with ease. So once you reach a certain point, you look to do what any normal retail establishment would do. Open another location, right? Well… sure. 2 locations are better than one, but  since day one we took pride in doing what other “Head Shops” werent. So…. what do you do??

You open a god damn Disney World for Glass heads, thats what you do!

We have always been fascinated with the world of Glass Blowing so we figured lets buy a NEW building, setup a NEW Gallery, and best of all….. Have LIVE GlassBlowing in our HUGE shop! If you have ever wanted to WATCH your piece being made, your in luck. Need a tube repaired? Done. Just wanna kick back a watch someone create a piece right in front of you? Were gonna be the place!

But thats just the tip of the ice berg. Glass Blowing Demos with the nations TOP artists, Special Heady Glass parties, Classes, and more. If you LOVE glass like us, you’ll never leave this place

So what about the old Heady Glass Gallery? Well, we wanted to get the process of getting the new store going, so we will be out of this store FRIDAY. Not next Friday, but THIS FRIDAY! In lue of that, we are having that HUGE in store sale. See? we had a good reason.

So we know everyone is wondering how long until they can expect to see the NEW Heady Glass Gallery? Were hoping to have the new Gallery up and open for business in 4-8 weeks with the Glass studio a couple weeks behind it. If you know us, you already know were planning the Grand Opening party…. artists, giveaway’s, FREE Beer, and lots more.

In the meantime, HeadyGlass.COM will be the place to get all our glass. Nothing will change on the website at all. Well still run sales, bring in new glass, and everything that comes with being the top online retailer of functional glass. Like NEW KENNAROO!!!!
