While some of the biggest collectors in the world are not famous, some of the most famous people in the world DO appreciate nice glass. While majority don’t have the best taste in glass, some of the medias limelights know whats up when it comes to a nice piece.

For instance, one of the most notorious heads ever, Layzie Bone, woudlnt settle for anything but the best when on tour…

However, some have no sense in nice glass what so ever

Whatever reason it is though, nice glass speaks a LOT about a persons personality. I mean just imagine there you are surrounded by a bunch of famous people, and you pull out

But now imagine the same situation, and you pull out THIS…

Youd probably end up in a movie! Or atleast be an extra.

Honestly though, don’t try and shit on anybody with a nice pipe, when they have hundreds of carats. You do NOT lok cooler than them.

Over the past 6 months, BLUE, has risin to a new level of glass pipe stardom. Hes been a round for a LONG time, but his work has been a bit more underground than your typical Heady. Tight line work make his pieces stand out, but its his attention to color detail that really makes his pieces prevail in any glass case.
Seeing how well put together his work was, we wanted to see what was behind the pieces, and get a bit intimate with 503’s own, BLUE!

HeadyGlass:Hey Blue first off congrats on all your recent success with your work. It seems as though you’ve just recently been noticed, but you have actually been around longer than most. So just how long have you been blowing glass?

Blue:Since 2000 est

HG:Looking at your work you can see a lot of inspiration from other artists and pieces. Whos pieces are taking center stage in your own personal collection?

B:Jred, Andy d, Lawdawg, Quave, Ease, and others.

HG:Whos music do you listen to ( if any ) when your on the torch?

B:Underground hip hop Living Legends MF DooM

HG:Underground HipHop gets bigger by the day! Those are 2 of the biggest in it right now. If you had to pick 4 of the top glass artists right now to make a dream team of pipe makers, who would be rostered?

B:EUSH, Darb,y Snic, Mr Grey.

HG:That’s a pretty solid line-up. It does take a lot to hang on as a pipe maker though now adays.Where do you see this scene in 3 years?

B:Hopefully optimistically $$$$$$$$$$$$$

HG:Where do you see your work hopefully progressing to in 3 years?

B:Hopefully making more for my work and the time that i put in
